Meow!

For about 3 weeks now, Max has been a kitty. I keep hoping he will forget about it, but he never forgets. For instance, yesterday, I went in to wake him up for the day and before he even opened his eyes he let out his best 'meeooww'. I said, "Are you kidding me?" He must have even been a kitty in his dreams! At this point I'm wishing he would turn back into the HULK....hmmm I can't decided which one is more annoying.....but pretty cute too.

Gingerbread Mansion

We decided the title of this post should be 'Gingerbread Mansion' because 'house' just wouldn't do it justice! ....In all reality, this is our first attempt at a gingerbread house so I think we did pretty good. The kids had a blast and I even let them decorate some of it...which can sometimes be hard for me to do. The kids actually had the most fun eating the candy while Trevor and I constructed the house.

Trimming the Tree

Trevor and I put up our Christmas decorations this last weekend. We had the best helper this year. Our goal was to put everything up while the kids were asleep. Max cooperated, but Paige, however, did not. She decided that she was going to be our big helper. She grabbed each ornament and yell, "Here Go!" and hand it to Trevor. At first she was going so fast that Trevor couldn't keep up with her. After a while she got a little slower. It was so cute we had to video tape it....she is so crazy. Now the trick will be keeping her from taking the ornaments off!

Little Maxwell Lee

Last sunday Max cracked his head open. We had just gotten to Trevor's parents house when he went running in to see all his cousins and he tripped over Trevor's size 13 feet:)...needless to say, he fell and slammed his head on the hinge of the bathroom door. It was very tramatic for him. The entire way to the the hospital he was asking if the Dr. would just kiss him better...no bandaids. So that's the first thing he asked the Dr..."would you please kiss it better?" The Dr. got all weird and said, " no..I think your parents can do that." Anyway, he ended up with 2 staples in his noggin...poor kid. We got the staples out yesterday and all is well. Here is a photo of the damage. I have a strange feeling this won't be the last set of stiches/staples that he will have. I think Trevor said that by the time he was his age, he had already had a couple of sets of stiches and some broken bones, so I guess we're doing pretty good. To tell you the truth, I'm suprised he is 3 1/2 and this is the first set!
